The hotel is in a great location, however it needs a lot of TLC. Plumbing reversed, door locks falling apart, floors in rooms peeling up, phone looks like it's been dropped or thrown, furniture is doggy, shower stall peeling. Grade A staff, stairwell doors do not lock, staircase needs pressure washing along with walk ways. The staff is new and as I was there I could see they are trying to clean the place up. I would say give this staff 6 month and you can add another star to this property. Christopher was great and talking to him he seems to have some great ideas that he says management is on board with.

First off I get there to check in & I get a room key that is already in use, I go to the room and find a bunch of clothes spread & other folks in the room. Had to get assigned a new room...then in the new room there's roaches in the corner of the walls/ceilings and when I went into office to complain I saw a mouse run across the floor. This place may have bed bugs my kids been itching since we left. Horrible stay

Terrible stay.
We knew we were getting a cheap hotel, we really weren’t expecting much. Knew it wasn’t gonna be updated or new BUT it was filthy. Completely gross. Comforter had a burn mark from a cigarette, and stains. The bathroom walls had blood on them, I’m pretty sure. It was just disgusting.

Unfortunately the elevator was broken, but the front desk agent decided to put me on the 3rd floor anyway 😑 I got into my room and I could tell immediately how filthy it was. I had to use the restroom right away and when I walked in the bathroom, there was urine and toilet paper sitting in the toilet. I tried to flush it but not only was the water not turned on, but the chain for the flusher handle wasnt connected. There was no toilet paper either. Surfaces and floors all throughout the room were filthy and one of my neighbors had their TV blaring all night. Not happy with this visit and the money I spent.

Checkin was unpleasant. When we arrived at our room the the door was wide open to the elements. Sketchy characters and filthy conditions (it is winter). Broken and dilapidated everything. We immediately left decided to book a stay elsewhere and feel great about the decision. They would not refund us. This place feels unsafe, and unclean . Do not stay here if at all possible.
