The hotel its self was nice..and "safe" but as soon as you left the property the area around didnt feel so safe. Alot of homeless.. gang activity.. not an area id walk around. Childrens hospital is very close by. That area seemed safe. New restaurants a block away..also seemed clean and safe.. just dont head west dont colfax

It is not in a great neighborhood so we parked in the parking garage. In order to exit the machine declined our card three times before fully connecting and completing the payment to release us from the parking garage.

Not a great stay. Terrible area, beds were hard as a rock and the parking garage didn’t work each time we tried to get out. Would not stay again.

It was a nice stay in general. Positive items front desk staff and wait staff in restaurant. Room generally clean however the grout in shower was moldy in places and it kind of grossed me out. Also inconvenient that I had to go to another floor to get ice.

Gym equipment attachments need replacement in the fitness room to use on the funcrional trainer. You have one of the best fitness equipment and the attachments look like you guys got it second hand from an old gym from 90's. Set of attachemnts on amazon cost between 25-50$. Another problem i had was the sheets. Putting co.foeter between 2 sheets is so annoying. Waking up in the middle of night just to get up and arrange the sheets is more then annoying. Other wise the hotel is clean, fiendly stuff and I would deffinietly be back.
