The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Location is great. A park is across the street from the building. Within walking distance of Union Station, shops, restaurants. The only issues I had were that there is no place for luggage storage while you are waiting for your room to be ready (we arrived early in the day) and that it is a virtual front desk hotel…although checking in and checking out was simple, I miss the human interaction.

From NY to CO
While traveling for personal reasons, we both needed to work - having a full apartment (multiple rooms) made it so much easier than staying in a hotel. The neighborhood was amazing as well - very walkable with restaurants, stores, park and quick/easy access to public transportation and main interstate. Kasa’s communication was timely, detailed and beyond helpful. Checking in at 1 a.m. was no problem! We also had a rental car - the on-site, secure parking provided was perfect!

Quick one night stay but seemed well equipped except for the window coverings let in too much light during the night. Overall safe and convenient location within walking distance to restaurants etc. check in process and instructions need improvement but the communication via text was quick and accurate.

There is not any staff onsite. They only gave us towels and washcloths for 1 night. They were also dingy and musty. The sofa was dirty. There is a pool but we did not receive pool towels. Would have been better to stay at a hotel.
