Rooms smelled bad. The door did not open, the staff almost couldn't open the door. Waited outside for almost an hour before getting into the building. Would not recommend or stay at this location again. Cancelled my last night and went elsewhere.

It was dirty the shower had hair and some kind of grey gum in it going into the drain the tub was dirty and the service at the front desk was rude and unhelpful. The environment around the hotel felt unsafe because of Vinasualanse and drug users and gang members. There was drinking and partying in the parking lot and the pool was cold and dirty. Im tying to add photos to this but it wont let me add them for some reason.

We rented the room through Expedia. The property tried to charge us the full amount of the room instead of just putting a damage deposit on hold. I showed the associate at the front desk our receipt from Expedia along with the bank statement showing that the room had been paid for. The associate at La Quinta stated that she f’ing hated Expedia and that they didn’t participate with Expedia. She tried to deny us the room that had already been paid for. She then called her manager who told her to allow us to stay. Within 10 minutes of our departure, they attempted to charge us for the stay AGAIN, even though we had already paid through Expedia. It was a terrible experience and a filthy hotel.

The front of the house was welcoming. Our reserved room was filthy, the bathroom was awful! The tub looked like someone tied the trigger to their grinder and spun it around by the cord with abandon. The shower head was barely hanging on by some grotesque, used bandaid looking tape. When we called to get a new room we were told to wait and eventually accommodated, oddly we were also told that they knew the room not guest ready... frustrating.Then the noise, it varied from guys making deals on the phone to neighbors so loud we contemplated calling the cops. It was checkout time when we finally falling asleep

Sketchy location
This hotel was really sketchy, you don’t feel safe here at all. People talking loudly outside until midnight. I was even scared walking from my car to my room. Bathroom tub was in very bad condition I didn’t even take a bath or shower because of its condition. Carpet was really dirty. It was so sketchy, I even put a chair by the door on how unsafe I felt.

Very dirty rooms. And yes plural. The first room had dirty bedding, dog food remnants on the floor, garbage left and dirt and drink residue on countertops. When they moved us to the 2nd room there was again dirty stained carpets, mold on the walls, dirty and smears on the door and hair in the bathroom. The manager was not available and nobody returned our call or email
