The staff was amazing. I chose Le Meridien for our stay because of the rooftop lounge. I proposed to the love of my life, and it was perfect. The entire team was helpful and attentive. Loved It!

Property was nice and clean. The restaurant and bar in the lobby were nice also. I was bitten by bed bugs though. We stayed from Thursday to Sunday. I started itching on Sunday. While on my flight home the bumps on my neck and arm started to appear. I did call and email the hotel to notify them. I saw a physician and it was confirmed. I was prescribed a topical steroid for the itch and swelling. The hotel rep told me they tested the room I stayed in and found nothing. Go figure! There was an unusual high smell of bleach when you got off the elevator on the floor we stayed. It was weird.

WE DIDNT STAY! You allowed us to book a hotel that was inaccessible due to a parade… something NO ONE told us and all we got from them was “you can wait until after 10 pm to check in”… I have not received a refund or a call from hotels.com OR Marriott. I will never use either again
