We froze. Thermostat would not go higher than 74 degrees and there were no additional bankets in the room. No soap in the shower. Towels were threadbare (worst ever experienced at a hotel) and there were no wash cloths. The bartender was fabulous and we loved the view from our 7th floor room.

The towels and bed linens were terrible. We were provided 2 bath towels, both were completely worn out and had holes, one hand towel and no wash clothes. The blanket for the bed was so rough you couldn't rest your bare skin on it without discomfort.

Fun, trendy hotel. Amenities were good and had an overall nice stay. The window in the room looked out onto a parking lot next door and dumpsters below which was unpleasant when opening the blinds. There was only a blackout shade and no privacy screen if the blind was up. The room was small but comfortable. Also no mini fridge which would have been preferred but may be available at additional costs if requested.

Pretty Crummy Experience
Rooms are too small and in the very early hours of the morning both days an annoying drip or tick sound came from around the smoke detector. Elevators worked off and on all weekend. We had to carry our very heavy bags down 6 flights of steps the morning we left. Patio areas were taped off so the only place to sit was in the hot indoor lobby. We paid a lot of money for a pretty crummy experience.
