Hotel was conveniently located for an airport layover. It was windy and there was a tree that was hitting the window of my room all night. When I went to check out in the morning there was no one downstairs, despite waiting quite a while and even calling the hotel.

Bathroom had no place to put your toiletries. Hairdryer was on counter in bathroom,there was no storage space to put it. Toilet paper on back of toilet, no place to put your stuff in shower, no shelf, no bar to hang washcloth

When I woke up I found a bedbug on my pillow. I took pictures and showed the staff. The inconvenience of having to quarantine my clothing and send everything through the dryer it seems that they would do something for me since I booked 2 rooms.
