I arrived an hour early and they told me I could not wait in the lobby till my room was ready, so I waited in the parking lot in the heat. When I came back in they told me my reservation had been canceled because they couldn’t get a hold of me.

Nice, but…
The room and the people were all nice. My only complaint is that I asked twice for a new desk chair because the back was broken. I almost fell over and hurt myself. Someone in engineering needs to get their lazy butt up to 307 to check it out before someone DOES get hurt.

It was good
First night we were checking in the lady at the counter was rude and no personality at all. This is for sure a WELL used property there were tears and areas the carpet was missing. However the beds were clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. Overall sttay was great but if staying here I would avoid any check in that is over night unless after a day of traveling and delays want to be checking in and having to be met with rudeness.

Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Rented here because it said there was a pool but they closed the pool and using it for a storage room. Breakfast was the same every day. They didn’t try to make anything different. They only put yogurt out on the weekends.

The cleanliness of room was slightly above average for this type of hotel. The breakfast area was very clean the lady working that area was very attentive to keeping it clean The outside was a little below average. AC in the room was not working properly.

The property was a bit dated but overall clean and comfortable. I had to wait at the desk for over 10 minutes before anyone came to check me in. There is a sign pointing to public washrooms that don't exist. Honestly this hotel is inespensive, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Room was clean except for the mini fridge. Someone’s leftovers were still in there. I booked this hotel for the pool but it was closed when we got there. Cleaning staff did not speak English so that was difficult. We will not stay here again.
