Very far away from downtown and attractions. we had to change roog same day because the airconditioner and TV were not working accordingly and for two consecutive nights we had to go to the check in to activate the room card. The vibe of the hotel is like a homeless refuge. A guest tried or assaulted an employee and screamed at her in front of everyone. It was so uncomfortable to get breakfast employee standing at the door watching breakfast is worse than hospital food and is the same menu every day. staff does not clean the room daily unless you ask for it. Elevators were scary and hall smelled like garbage every day. Pool looked dirty as well. I would not recommend to stay there at all.

Kind staff and cozy room
I had a wonderful stay! The lady who checked me in was very welcoming and professional. The room was perfect, and i had a great night! The morning complimentary breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay again!

What a downer
The room was dirty and dingy. The sitting couch was disgusting.The refrigerator did not close all the way. I had to lean my backpack up against it to keep it closed. The TV in the sitting area did not work. The TV in the bedroom was stuck on hallmark channel. The remote was missing so therefore we could not change it. The buttons on the side of the TV did nothing. We had three small pillows. I told the front desk attendant and she gave us some extra money pillows. She couldn’t do anything about our TVs. I did ask for some tape so I could tape the fridge closed but she didn’t have any. She did offer to move us but we were so tired it was too much work for us. Room 209

tv was broken but they changed our room. no creamer/sugar for in room coffee-cleaning staff stated they had none. open & used shampoo and used soap in room. snowed for days-fell in parking lot-little plowing done. regret staying there!

This property is outdated. Housekeeping doesn't do the best job on the deep cleaning or moving things to clean. The front desk lady was very nice and answered any questions I had. The pool area was alright, it was nice that it was open 24 hours a day, only one jet worked in the hot tub. The temp was nice and hot tho. Breakfast was decent and the lady kept up on the cleaning and stocking of items. All in all it wasn't a bad stay, for the price it was well worth it.
