The pull out sofa was not working and after having settled and ready for bed I had to inform the front desk and all they could offer was a different room which was frustrating because we just wanted to sleep and not have to pick up everything that we had just put out. The manager/receptionist who checked me in was pleasant and accommodating. I wish i remembered her name. I arrived a bit early for check-in, but she was able to find a room for me right away The room was very nice and everything i neened.
