The property is overdue for refurbishment. Walls had lots of scuff marks on them. The toilet in my bathroom was decidedly temperamental; if I got the flush wrong, water just kept pouring into the bowl until I lifted the lid off the cistern and jiggled the valve. The tap over the basin wasn't securely attached. The dark brown carpet was stained. The room was clean but the bedding didn't have that crisp cleanliness that I expected.

Nice hotel, spacious suite with nice amenities. Breakfast was very good. The location was convenient for walking to most downtown spots we wanted to visit. Parking is a bit awkward but we figured it out. Staff was nice.
