Our property is newly renovated and centrally located between the Airport and Downtown. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is full of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Each bedroom and the common area have 12k btu heater/air-condition units to keep the temp perfect.

We keep the property impeccably clean, including the hot tub. We offer parking directly in front of the house and the host is available if you have any question or needs during your stay.

Stay in Denver
We were there for the Bronco game and the location was perfect. The backyard/patio was great. Lots of games for family and lots of ideas written down of what to do while there. The upstairs shower tended to leak a little when used. And the loft was hard to get too. The tv in the loft wouldn't connect to wifi and the hot tub could use a cleaning. I don't think it really sleeps 14. But a beautiful house and and a perfect location for us.

Very nice house to sightsee the city!
Erick was prompt with responding to messages and is a friendly host overall. My friends and I had a great stay; we were able to utilize the inside and outside space the whole stay. It was a safe and clean house and we appreciate the hospitality provided!

This house was perfect for our group. We gather every year over Labor Day for music. The house met all of our needs and more! We had a few hiccups but it was all figured out. We will 100% stay at this home again and make this part of our tradition.

Super Cool Pad
This place was perfect for our friend trip. We met the owner when we arrived early and he was totally cool about letting us bring our stuff in. The house was really clean and super spacious! You are a 10-15 min drive to anywhere you want to go. Parking was easy and the back yard was a nice hangout!

Had a fairly low-key bachelor party based out of the property; everyone was really impressed with the amenities. The air mattress was particularly clutch for making sure everyone had a spot. Hot tub was good too, though definitely a bit tricky to get warmed up.

Christmas in Denver
We had a great stay. Erick was an excellent host, very responsive to the small issues that arose. We were a group of 10 and found the space adequate for our group. The loft is a bit challenging to navigate but we made it work. The hottub and outside patio offer additional to hanging out in. We all have differing interests so we appreciated the location, some people skied, some hiked, others visited Meow Wolf and the aquarium. There is also a brewery within walking distance.

Easy check in, good location
This house was great for our group of friends visiting Denver. We were close to a lot and had enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We wish we had known there would be cameras in the common areas before we booked it but our group decided it was still worth the trip. The hot tub was a highlight and well taken care of.

The house was great! The owner was even better! We had an amazing wedding. All 10 of us had an amazing stay. Very roomy and the hot tub was a much needed night cap after our wedding - our bodies NEEDED that and it was the cleanest hot tub we have ever used. Thanks!

Cleanliness lacking
The upstairs shower was not only dirty with and hair and streaks all over the walls, it also has gaps between all the glass panels which led to the bathroom flodding. The hot tub was disgusting with obvious old spills around the tub and greasy oily water that smelled musty and was so filthy you couldn't see to bottom of the tub. The property manager did respond to my concerns quickly but was out of town and unable to do anything about it. I ended up buying my own cleaning supplies to clean up what his cleaners missed. In addition the internet was slow and there were no extra towels. Overall not worth the price we paid.

Wow…words can’t express how awesome the service for this property is! This home is not only beyond beautiful but has EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED! The owner is absolutely wonderful he has outstanding customer service and gave my family and I even a military discount which was much appreciated…I would definitely stay again! Thank you for making our stay sooooo easy and comfortable! You rock! Honestly if it wasn’t for him being this great and so willing to exceed my expectations then I wouldn’t know what to say but because of that… 5 stars is an understatement…book you a stay here! You won’t regret it at all!
