Positive- Host was super responsive to all text. Bedrooms had great mattresses. The house was very large, basement was huge.Negative- we saw a mouse & there was mouse droppings on the couch both mornings. Hot water was limited. Microwave was dirty. I communicated all this to host & he is addressing
