Beautiful property with extra comforts in the room making it feel like home. Nice restaurant and bar on property. Located close to CU campus and hospital. Newly developed area with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Parking is an additional charge or a walk away. Breakfast is not included but coffee is available in the lobby area.

Best hotel in the Anschutz Medical Campus Area
This is the nicest hotel within, near, and around the Anschutz , Children's Hospital, UC, and VA Hospital campus. Fantastic views. The hotel feels brand new and the rooms are large with a kitchenette, dining area, outstanding work area with views, large bathroom with large shower. The workout facility is well-appointed. The hotel has a number of very nice gathering and seating areas for meetings and just gathering with friends, multiple fire places, a library-like sitting area, a very nice bar and restaurant gathering area. Just a very nice setting. Within walking distance are some restaurants. The campus is a park-like setting. Depending on which side of the hotel you are in, enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Hotel is also within relatively close proximity of the airport. This is my favorite hotel in the area.

Absolutely the best and most beautiful motel we had ever stayed in. The rate was unbeatable. The view was of the mountains. The staff was so friendly. It was so very clean. The bathroom was amazing.
