Upon arrival, the staff was courteous and friendly. Room was extremely clean. Comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. The location was perfect for our stay. The town of Golden was very beautiful and inviting. EVERY encounter we had with a staff member was very pleasant and The Eddy Taproom is a must stay when doing a Red Rocks concert.

Golden in Golden
Went to Golden for a concert at Red Rocks and loved our stay at The Eddy Taproom. The hotel was clean, and had a really cute vibe. The restaurant had some pretty good food too! I also appreciate the free breakfast and coffee/water station on every floor. I do wish there were a few more lawn games and a private gym solely for the hotel guests, but no biggie.

Overall, the hotel is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. However, we had issues with having our room cleaned for two of the days that we were there. I would suggest that they let guests know that they need to vacate the rooms by 10 or 11 AM or they will not have their rooms cleaned. We even asked after the first day to get serviced, but all we got were fresh towels, even though we had no toilet paper and our trashcan was full. We inquired after two days of no housekeeping and were told that our do not disturb sign was out. However, we left the hotel at noon and removed our sign and even passed housekeeping in the hallway. When we returned later in the day, we were told that housekeeping had left and they did switch us to a freshly cleaned room. My recommendation is that they advise hotel guests that they have to vacate in the morning or their room will not be cleaned.

They actually had free regular and electric bikes for guest to use in the lobby. Staff was so friendly and knew all the fun local attractions. The shuttle to red rocks was absolutely fabulous.
