Repeat Stay for Me in future
Great location close to stores and restaurants. Breakfast is included into price and a good layout. Pool is outside and open year-round. Pool is heated as if it a hot tub. Employee especially Bonnie at front desk were friendly and accomdating.

Modern New Hotel - worth checking out
Great place and close to many stores and restaurants. Bonnie at the front desk was nice and help us on any questions that had. Place was clean and modern. One thing that most guests might now know. The pool is heated like it is a hot tub and will be open year-round. Breakfast each day was wonderful. Will Most definitely stay there again.

Did not get what i paid for.
I had booked a 2 queen bed room. Verified on my confirmation email. I showed it to the co concierge and he said "i can see clearly what you ordered, but got a different booking, and i do not have a 2 queen bed available. " even though all of my emails confirmations had said i booked a 2 queen bed. Its very frustrating when i have to figure different sleeping arrangements because nithing is aligning? Idont know whether he told a white lie because he was over booked or if it was a default in communication betweens apps. But this is NOT okay. I paid for a room. With 2 beds and did not get that, nor dod i get refunded for the difference.

Suggestion: It would be convenient to have a safe in the room. Dislike: Water from the shower comes out onto the floor. The glass should extend farther or a glass door should be installed to prevent water on the floor.

Great customer service from all employees! Room was clean but shower had hair in it and some soap on walls not from me. Pillows great super soft but bed was too firm for me. Woke up with my back aching. Would still come back based on the location and customer service!

Very clean, full size refrigerator & freezer. The room felt spacious for a double queen. Pillows were too soft and went flat quickly, toilet flush was powerful but loud. Kitchenette included dishwasher for the available cups & dishes. Very good experience, we will stay here again for sure.

We only stayed one night, will definitely keep this in mind for longer stays. Much nicer than a recent AirBnB stay at the similar price point. Great breakfast options, with real plates! Simple pleasures, but it is a nice touch.

Stay was ok, the only issue was the water kept going on the bathroom floor from the shower. We had to put down multiple layers of towels down when we had to use the shower.

I had a great stay and will return, I was there for 2 1/2 weeks, I had to ask to have my room cleaned and bedding changed and had to seek out to have my trash removed, I think at the bare minimum my room should have been checked at least every other day, but other than that great room and the staff was always nice.
