Second time staying here and it is a clean hotel and staff is nice but I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and my daughter was dying to swim. The swimming pool is like an ice bath I saw four families come in and walk out because it was so cold. I feel like I was robbed don't advertise you have a pool if your not heating it up for the winter months. Now to our room the Shower door handle is falling off, everytime you flush the toilet I have to take the tank lid off so it refills with water and the security latch on the door is broken and does not work seems the need some maintenance on this place .

We left a vest hanging on one of the hooks in the room. We called 5 hours after leaving the hotel. The person we talked with checked lost and found and said it wasn't there. We called back the next day. The person we spoke checked lost and found again - not there. She said she would check with the staff that cleaned the room on the day we left and call back. She followed through and it wasn't located. Bummer that it wasn't turned in to lost and found by housekeeping. Appreciated the staff that I talked with the second time!

The staff was not super helpful i told her i had a dog maybe late but i left and came back she changed my room then later let the line build up because they were on break and i was only in line because my key didn't fully work then i did get my phone wet so i asked for a wake up call so i wouldn't be later then check out the alarm in the room which was not reset went off at 745 my wake up call was say for 730 but they called me right before 8 and with my dog i tried to just leave him downstairs because he was anxious i went back up to grab my things and then they also called me at 730 not a nice food morning either just this is your wake up call clock both times you had no chance to say anything.
