We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Situated on the growing Denver–Boulder corridor, Westminster is easily accessed from either metropolitan area. Westminster has become a burgeoning city with much to offer including fantastic parks, hikes, lakes, shopping districts and much more.

Upstairs, you'll find three inviting bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished with plush queen beds for a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms offers a bunk bed adorned with two twin beds, perfect for accommodating children or extra guests.

Downstairs, discover two more bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen bed and the other furnished with two individual twin beds. Each floor offers a full bathroom, complete with newly tiled walk-in showers and modern amenities, ensuring optimal comfort. We provide soft towels and basic toiletries for your convenience throughout your stay.

DOWNSTAIRS
On the lower level, a cozy lounge space awaits, complete with a foosball table and a widescreen TV, perfect for entertainment. Sink into the oversized sectional couch, enveloped in comfort as you unwind. Find balance in the dedicated yoga room, or take advantage of the onsite washer/dryer to tend to your laundry needs with ease.
