Hole in the wall of the elevator, Bullet hole? Maybe. Cling wrap over the smoke detector above the bed, smell of smoke in the room! Night stand drawer contained stained screw driver and cleaning supplies. Was this room the scene of a crime? Ripped curtains, flaking paint on the ceiling above the shower. Needless to say, I would not stay in room 202 again!!

This property needs serious work. The pool was shutdown during our stay. The hotel smelled of mildew on the 3rd floor. The wallpaper was stapled up in the bathroom, there was paint smeared on the wallpaper in the bathroom. A pipe burst during our stay and water poured out of the ceiling, though this was fixed within a day. But this pipe speaks to the maintenance of the hotel.

We had a family emergency and the price was great for an unplanned 3 day stay. Breakfast was more than expected for the price. However, on our second night the hot water went out and that was inconvenient. The first person we spoke to when we called was unapologetic and gave no timeline. However, the front desk person was much better. We were not however able to wash off the hospital grime until we returned later that night which was disappointing. The hotel is older and a little dated but overall is cute. Halloween decorations were sweet and the staff really tries. Hospitality cookies all night and overall the staff is friendly and seem to work as a team. Housekeeping was great!

No hot water in hotel due to burst pipe so no shower in the morning. Made hot water using microwave. Stopper in sink did not work (was not connected). Room was dank. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel is very convenient to Fiddlers Green Amphitheater. It does get very busy on concert nights. Hotel was quiet and comfortable.
