Was warmly welcomed given room and paid no problems room was on ground floor no45 unfortunately the bar area was quite close and very noisy due to a builders Christmas party in full swing doing karaoke I persevered for an hour as I needed sleep I asked if I could move to another room and was instantly moved upstairs to a quiet room which was perfect So thanks for been so helpful great nights sleep good breakfast so after a iffy start it was a great stay thanks

No kettle (or even glasses) in room. Hated the room as soon as I walked in. Soul-less, plastic, cold feeling. Prefab bathroom. Bed was comfy enough. It reminded me of a Metro Inns room...although theirs are a third of the price and at least they bothered to put a carpet in! I stay in 10-15 different hotels each month all over Britain and this is the first time I've ever actually hated a room as soon as I saw it. Budget is the name and budget is what you get...

This is a basic budget hotel. It was clean, but lacked facilities, such as kettle and hairdryer. Its location is a little out of the way, as there was nowhere to walk to, but for a one night stay as part of a journey it would be perfect.

Best night sleep ever
They kept throwing hotdogs at us whilst we tried to sleep!! I’m not sure if it’s a cultural thing or not, as I’m from the Isle of Man - but from where I’m from the staff at hotels should not wake you up and throw meats at you. Weird experience, but when I got used to it I had the best nights sleep of my entire life.
