Terrible pre- arrival service (2 days to reply on email via booking company regarding check in and transfer from airport then swimming pool being closed - Tried to cancel last minute & book elsewhere but prepaid). The hotel receptionist was very welcoming, our room was immaculate and the facilities were perfect. We had a wonderful evening meal and a few drinks that was very reasonably priced. The breakfast the next morning was fantastic! It was a buffet and you had the choice of a full English (my personal favourite) or continental, along with gluten free options.

Nice stay
On arrival, it was unfortunate we had to wait 10 -15 minutes for 3 staff to serve one guest in the VIP queue. Apart from that, the hotel stay was excellent. We would definitely return and hopefully, be treated like VIPs .
