We have stayed here multiple times. The only thing I would say is the breakfast is pretty normal but could be better. It's easy and convenient to get to Des Moines.

Dirty and unsafe
First, the only positive is that the desk employees were very nice. As far as the hotel, the bathroom was dirty and smelled bad, the exterior side door lock to the building was broken, and we found a bug crawling on the bedsheets. We did not stay. I can see where they are trying to remodel, but not even close.
