When I first booked this motel at such a reasonable rate I was a bit concerned - BUT nothing to worry about. Really one of the nicest motels I have ever stayed in at any price. Friendly staff. Room laid out well, air conditioning / heater worked fine, not rattles, etc. Super clean room, same for outside. Nice pool though I did not use it. Walls seem well insulated. Large TV, worked well. Instant hot water all times of the day. Highly recommended.

Hotel was clean enough. Bathroom very clean. Furniture in room needs some help. Chair was stained. Headboard missing a piece. For the price it is a fine hotel.

Hotel was nice, but a big run down. The tv/refrigerator cabinet was broken, paint was worn in several places. Hotel does not have an elevator, and bringing luggage to our 2nd floor room took may trips up and down stairs. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time. Breakfast was good, but ordinary. Bed and room were comfortable. Overall, just an average stay in a hotel that could use a little TLC.

I arrived here at 630 pm. I was assigned a room, went to the room, and found it was occupied. I returned to the front desk, and was told there were no rooms available. That was it, no attempt at providing an alternative. Expedia came through and provided a refund, but I’ll never make a reservation with AmeriInn again.

You get what you pay for...
We were looking for a more affordable place to stay and this fit the budget. Photos on line looked ok. Upon arriving, in the evening, the receptionist was outside hanging with friends. Seemed odd, but she came in right away to greet us. When entering the room there was a "cologne" smell, probably from the cleaning solutions? We had a "window" to the pool - and we had no children. The curtain was stained or moldy at the bottom. Most likely from the air blowing & the pool? and the furniture looked like a dog had gnawed on it. With that being said, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, the space to get ready was spacious. Breakfast was okay, but we weren't really looking for that when we booked the stay. Most likely won't stay again. Hotel just felt run down.

I liked the fact that there was breakfast. It wasn't the best, but it does the job. The staff is nice and respectful. There was no tv remote in my room so i didn’t like what. Other than that my whole experience was 4/5 considering the price and everything else.
