I loved everything about my experience. Starting from the check in to the breakfast the next day!! Had the best breakfast I have ever had and this was my 9th state visiting this year so that says a lot. Customer service was very fast friendly. All amenities in the room and as a whole In the hotel was excellent!! With stay here every time I come to Iowa

It was a really nice & kept up. It was beautiful room, even with our fly & beetle issue. The lady who came to help clean them up was really nice. I was pleasantly surprised.

Great experience. It’s definitely on our list of hotels to return to. Staff was friendly, room comfy, great toiletries with Beekman Bros products. Soft towels, too. The price was very competitive and fair. The little market especially was incredibly reasonably priced for a hotel. There’s also a pool, sauna, game room, and your basic free continental breakfast buffet.

I don't recommend this hotel. I had bad experience when I checked in. The person at the reception desk were very unprofessional. I was waiting a few minutes to check in, they did not greet or say thank you or enjoy or stay or anything like that. Next day, I saw a couple of other people at the front, their attitude were basically same. I did not feel I was welcomed at that hotel. The bed and breakfast was good. The room was not specially clean or updated. Location was not so convenient. No restaurants or shops near hotel. Very disappointed, I don't know why review was so high. I don't go back next time. Not recommended either.
