So, I have stayed at the Super 8 and the Baymont now, both are attached and owned bye the same people. I have yet too be able too watch tv at either place ! I don't know what the problem is, but their tv service sucks ! All I was trying too do on my stay, was relax and watch tv, before showering and going to bed.

The rec center has been closed for 4 years and so was the guest laundry. No towels or toilet paper in the rooms and very dirty.

Find a different hotel!
The hotel is old and run down. The breakfast was terrible. The pool was gross. The fitness room has been closed since 2020. It is in a sketchy part of town. Don’t stay here!

Bathroom had black mold in it. Carpets were not vacuumed. Hall way looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Door to the room wanted to fall off and wouldn’t shut completely unless forced shut.

Do Not Stay here! pictures are nothing like what it is! First room had no toliet seat and smelled of mold. upgraded me to a "Suite" that had sanatary strip on toliet, opened and the toilet was dirty. No desk chair, Busted chain lock on door busted bathroom door, mold in Shower ceiling.dirty carport. I would nothave my dog stay here! tried to upload photos, site wouldn't accept them

Less than desirable stay
Overall, hotel is old, outdated and dirty. Used washcloth was left in the bathroom in the tub, dead bugs scattered over the tile in the bathroom and on the carpet in the bedroom. Breakfast area in the morning was very dirty with old spilled food on counters, no plates. Beds were ok, but pillows had a weird smokey smell to them. Would definitely not return to this hotel.

Shame on you Wyndham. You need to get your company name off of this property. Worst hotel we've EVER been too. It's gross. The sheets and bedspread had long black hairs on them. Hasn't been vacuumed in ages. The paint was peeling and falling into the shower. The bed was hard and soft and lumpy amazingly all at once. Felt very unsafe in the B Building in the back of the property not connected to the main lobby at all (where all the pictures are from on the listing). Very shady place. I want my money back for this terrible experience.

This place is run down and in need of a major overhaul. The front desk attendant was friendly and very helpful. The key machine wasn't working, so he had to open my room for me. My door couldn't shut flush.

Dont bother staying here, they dont care for you.
The guy who checked us in did not smile once. His tone was that of we were an interruption to perhaps his nap in the back or his movie. We were not greeted with any pleasantries. Customer service for this hotel would be negative if i could rate it that. Our room had ants in it, no toilet paper, one towel, and no hand towels. It was a big deal to ask for more towels, as they count them per room. Our tub also was clogged so by the end of our 7-10 minute shower, we would be standing in 3 inches of water. Very cheap was how it felt this hotel cared to run its operation. The pictures on the hotels.com website are very deceiving. I think the owner of the baymont hotels may want to go into another business because quality and customer service is not a priority here. Id suggest the telephone doctor series for your employees as the service is horrible and they could learn a lot from that series.

We reserved two rooms. The beds were comfortable enough but the cleanliness of the rooms, particularly the bathroom was sub-par. There was mildew in the showers and stains on the countertop. The carpet felt damp and the room was humid. One room had something on the wall that looked like vomit. When we notified the front desk they didn’t seem concerned so we had to clean it ourselves. They didn’t offer a new room or any type of discount on our stay.

This hotel was FILTHY FILTHY!! The carpet on The floors was so loose it was a trip hazard. The chain lock in my door was broken. The bathroom walls looked like someone had literally thrown up in them. The TV didn’t work and management confessed they didn’t have enough channel changers. The breakfast space was in disarray and frankly I wasn’t confident the food was fresh. Don’t stay here
