Across from the Iowa State Fairgrounds, this house is recently refurbished with stylish touches. Ten minutes from downtown Des Moines. Abundant on site parking. Room for 9 and setup for families.
The space
This house faces the south entrance to the Iowa State Fairgrounds. It has been recently refurbished with a bright, cheery interior and modern touches.
Guest access
The house has an abundance of parking. Cars can be parked in our driveway and in the back yard. Please keep all cars on our property, and respect the neighbors. Do not park any cars in the neighboring driveway.
Other things to note
Please note that the bedroom with the two twin beds is in the basement. This room has an egress window.
