The place was filthy and outdated! The wall trim was peeling off in my room, the bathroom was terribly old and gross, the water shot out the bottom and the top at the same time. The air conditioner unit fell off the wall in one of the rooms and the heat did not work in my room. I slept with my window open because the room smelled of mold/mildew. The mattresses were awful and lumpy. The bed spreads were filthy. The mattress "protector" was ripped old and dingy. The entrance smelled like feces as well as the elevator. There was a homeless man walking the halls and the front desk person could not make him leave. We had a cheer team of young High school girls staying at the hotel and we did not feel safe. There was trash in the parking lot and cats trying to get inside. Breakfast!! Hard boiled eggs in a community bowl for people to reach in and take, gross! a Pot of "hot water" as the tore up paper said that was stuck to the pot with tape. No milk. Overall it was a terribly gross stay and I would NEVER stay there again. If I could give this Hotel a 0 I would.

Clean but need another mirror and breakfast on tim
Everything was great. The breakfast was good, BUT we didnt get to enjoy it on outlr second day (Saturday) because she was 30min late setting up. Only other complaint is please get a second mirror in rooms. When mire than one person need to get ready for the day only having ONE mirror INSIDE the bathroom is nit conducive.

A decent hotel.
It was hard to find parking late at night. Breakfast was basic and showed the wear of an older building. It was across the street from the fairgrounds.

Beds were not comfy hard, need to have more of a selection on breakfast we were staying 4 nights and got tired of biscuits and gray and waffles if ur gonna have coffee have some creamer with it,it was awful they have a vending machine with a sign that says sometimes it works and some times it doesn’t they didn’t put that there before I lost my money and then after and said they aren’t responsible for it so I would definitely take ur own water and sodas the pool was amazing ,the service was polite got us in early

We were provided a key to room, went to open room and someone was already in the room. The people there had a dog and the dog attacked my elderly grandmother. The owner of the pet was upset at us because we were able to access their room, but it was not our fault. The owner of the pet thought we were trying to get their pet put down, was yelling at us and staff. All we wanted to as our room. Staff had to accompany myself and my grandma to another room to make sure it wasn’t occupied. Staff was apologetic, and tried to make sure things went smooth, but the process itself was super inconvenient and dangerous. You never know how people are going to react if you are able to access occupied rooms due to faulty systems.

The location was great for me. The staff was nice. The pool was clean, had to ask for pool towels, but that's Okay. The hallway carpet was old and dirty looking. Wish they had a little more breakfast foods.

The entire place just smells like someone’s basement. It’s unbearable. The hallways smell like mold the rooms are especially worse, to the point it took my breath away. My sister woke up all 3 nights with sore throat and stuffy nose from what we are pretty sure was mold in the stale air. The carpet felt moist from all the humidity in the room, everything was damp to the touch. It was BAD!! We also saw a roach crawling around but didn’t see anymore after we killed the one.

This place went downhill
Our room smelled like mold. The carpets were damp. They had a bag in the room that was supposed to be changed when it was full of water from being so damp. We asked repeatedly they never changed it. I asked that the room be cleaned they said they did not have enough help. I was there 4 nights. Breakfast was awful. This hotel has went so far down hill in the past year I will not stay here again. The only advantage is it’s close to the fairgrounds but the staff does not care about customer service
