Comfortable and clean
Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, nice tub shower. Hotel is about a block from busy train tracks, we could hear the train horns occasionally throughout the night. We are pretty sound sleepers, so it didn’t bother us much. Breakfast was equal to other Holiday Inn Express, not bad and not great.

The pool was clean and comfortable. They kept the pool towels full. The hot tub was a it should be. Breakfast was always full and hot, and included pancakes, biscuits, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, ham, sausage links, bacon (on one of the two days we stayed), pastries, juice, milk, yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot or dry cereal. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things clean. Great place for kids and adults. Safe area and easy parking.

Brittney was very sweet, offering us recommendations and greeting us every time we saw her in the lobby. The young man who helped with our noisy neighbors at night handled it quickly and effectively. We appreciate their excellent customer service. The hotel is clean, has free parking, and is located in a convenient and quiet neighborhood. Our only complaint was that the carpet felt sticky.

I liked a lot about this property. One wish was for a hot tub, it was merely warm. Loved the shower and in-sink bathroom. Room not quite as comfortable as hoped.
