Last minute stay with grand kiddos.
We stayed over night at the last minute. Price was good and everything was fine. I would suggest to use more fabric softener, because sheets were scratchy and I ask for queen beds but I think the beds were only full. That was disappointing. Breakfast was adequate. Overall it was a good stay.

Cons:TVs didn’t work first night. They said they would fix them and when we came back the one in the bedroom still didn’t work. They only have staff until 9pm. So no option to ask for extra pillows or bedding when we get in after 9pm. No trash bags which is really annoying when they only give you tiny trash cans and you have 4 people. Also the little scan code to tip the room cleaner is so off putting. Especially when there is food crumbs and trash behind chairs and tvs. The pictures online make the place look nicer than in person. Pros: Beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Overall probably won’t stay here again. Especially for $168 a night and we can’t even relax and watch tv.

This was our 3rd time at this hotel. It is super convenient to everything, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff very friendly. It will continue to be our hotel of choice when we are in Indianola.

Great place. One morning the shower was cold and didn’t get hot. Told the front desk and the next morning it was better. It was not hot but at least warm.
