Hyatt Place WDM is nice and clean, and the staff and service were very good. Our room was quiet and had a comfortable king bed, sofa, and a large TV, all worked well. Kids loved the pool. While I didn't use the exercise room, it looked like it was decently equipped. The only disappointment was breakfast, which was very mid - selection was pretty minimal, and quality was meh. Well below Hampton level if you want to compare.

Loud guests in the hallway until late hours (a hockey team was staying there). Some channels you would expect to have on the tv were not available (Hallmark, Nickelodeon) and we were forced to stream these on our phones. Water spots on the ceiling from an apparent leak.

We were in town for a wedding. We had to check in early to be ready for the wedding, unfortunately there is a charge for early check in. Breakfast was very good, waffle maker would have been a bonus. Nice hotel.
