I felt like the exterior of the building was very deceitful. As well as the photographs when booking online. The room had a terrible odor, and upon reading the reviews I felt like those were pretty inaccurate. The breakfast options or nothing spectacular. Whereas everybody raved about how great the breakfast options were. It was options of cold cereal, a packet of oatmeal, toast, bagels, and a variety of little Debbie snacks. Also, the cleanliness of the room was less than mediocre and is in need of some dire upgrades.

Our stay was excellent! Clean and well kept in good condition especially the poop annd spa Although I would change the outdoor furniture cushions. Moldy looking. The outside patio is very nice otherwise. We enjoyed our stay

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was okay but way too small for a 2-queen room. The bathroom was disgusting, with stuff all over the walls, and there were paint chips throughout. The elevator was filthy, with stains and marks on every wall. The staff at check-in was unprofessional and unhelpful. To top it off, the pictures posted online are completely misleading and nothing like what the hotel actually looks like — basically false advertising. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Room has a wet moisture odor, hot tub was like a child’s bathtub water, no spa bubbles and wasnt hot at all and I called ahead of scheduling to ensure spa worked properly and was informed it does.. And it doesn’t. But we did enjoy the Dove shower & Bath items: shampoo soap and conditioner conveniently attached in the shower for easy use. A/C worked well, sheets and pillows decent.
