I was genuinely impressed! There are still affordable hotels that provide a CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE Experience And this one step it up a notch. I cannot say enough about the quality of this hotel. if there’s my hotel, you can guarantee I’ll never anything else anything else. Keep up the good work.

Rooms were nice. Property was very clean. Witnessed employees mopping floors in the lobby etc daily. Housekeeping staff was friendly and kept us stocked on towels.

Very loud - music playing past midnight. Staff was there, didn't seem to make a difference. I guess that this being an extended stay those are the guests that are catered to, not those of us just staying 2 nights. For over $160 a night, disappointed - ice maker didnt work.

THERE IS ALWAYS COFFEE AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY. THE STAFF WAS ACCOMMODATING AND KIND WHEN WE SPOKE WITH THEM. IT WAS GREAT HAVING A REFRIGERATOR IN OUR ROOM. OUR ONLY COMPLAINT WAS SPORADIC MAID SERVICE. DAILY SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER - ESPECIALLY SINCE OUR DOGS WERE WITH US AND OUR STAY WAS ALMOST TWO WEEKS LONG.

The refrigerator was not cleaned out and a spoiled can of tomato sauce was in there. The beds were quite uncomfortable. The staff that checked us in flat out would not help us until the 'official' check in time of 3pm. I realize that it is stated that the check in time is 3pm, however, every hotel I have ever been to will check to see if a room is available for early check in. The person who turned us away was clearly annoyed to be working.

There was a strand of hair in the freezer and several strands of the same hair on the toilet. There was a sticky substance on the handles of the bathroom cabinet and there was a food wrapper under the recliner.

The manager at the desk was extremely helpful in helping clear up a booking issue. The rooms had a “cleaner smell” when we first walked in but we got used to it. The beds were very comfortable
