Our room was good overall. Clean and inviting. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. Our bed you would roll into the middle! The pillows were lumpy and flat when laying on them. Breakfast selections each day were great. They kept the food filled and long hours for the breakfast.

This is a very nice motel for Idaho Falls I recommend it hands down the Price Is Right. It's really quiet considering the location I felt like this is the best one I've ever stayed at

We have stayed there many times. The building is going down hill fast and looking like it needs an update. We have always stayed there and parked our car for flight and they kept the car. All of the sudden this trip they charged us that was unexpected

The lady at the reception desk was AMAZING! Interacting with her was the best part of our stay. The facility is older and in need of some updating. The bed in our king suite was ok, but the sofa was terribly broken down and uncomfortable. The entire toilet was loose and wobbly.

Convenient and the shuttle. The rooms are dark with no entry light and since room faces parking drapes must be closed. The toilet is not being cleaned on the bottom.

Property is very low level. The bed had stains in the sheets, the curtains had holes. The noise can be so easily heard so every single step the people took above me I could hear. Place needs some TLC. Only positive is the parking close to the airport with included transportation, staff was friendly and helpful.

The property is well-maintained and clean, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The hot tub was out of order, and the scrambled egg discs were seriously bland.
