Amazing. Clean and great breakfast
After sitting on the interstate for four hours due to a large multi vehicle accident we figured staying in a hotel was our safest option instead of continuing our 3+ hour longer car ride. We arrived after 11:30pm. Staff was amazing and so kind. The room was large and the bathroom was huge. Bed was more comfortable than my own. I couldn’t beat $105 after taxes and fees for an emergency unplanned stay. Also the breakfast was delicious. A lot of choices and my picky teenage kids enjoyed it. Definitely will book there again!

One Night Stay
My husband and I was in Waukee for my Best Friends surprise birthday party. Front Desk Clerks were very pleasant both checking in and out of hotel. Room was perfectly clean, bed was comfy. Breakfast was full breakfast eggs, sausage, biscuits and sausage gravy, small waffles, variety of bread and muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, fruit and coffee and juices. With Waukee growing its close to many places and close to The Merll Pub and Eatery. We will stay here again especially since The Vibrant Music Hall is right across the street.

Great for the price
It was a nice clean hotel. Breakfast was about like every other hotel, but still nice to have free. Overall the room was more modern and clean. Pool was cold and kids didnt want to stay in.

This Sleep Inn has queen beds!
We love the Sleep Inn. Also, this Sleep Inn has queen beds. Some of their hotels only have double beds. Thebreakfasy person, who usualky works the front desk, helped us with the hotel's computer. We meeded to purchasesome tickets and print them out. He was great help!!!

Love my stay here. Very clean and modern, with a friendly and helpful staff. Location is absurdly convenient, with a gas station right next door and dining options across the street. Parking is also a breeze. Will for sure be back whenever I'm in the area.

Got a room for the Venue across the street was easy to get to a back form the venue. Staff was super friendly and room was spotless. Only thing I noticed when I got to my room was the back of the TV remote was gone not a huge issue just weird how the remote had no back. Highy recommend if visiting the Vibrant Music Hall.

Housekeeping was excellent. My room felt very precisely clean. Free Laundry machines near lobby! I had to reboot the cable tv receiver from behind the entertainment center. And then it was just crappy low budget dish Network channels. They need smart TVs.

The hotel was clean and staff was fine. The pool was very chilly. The worst thing is someone above us left music or tv on all night. The bass vibrated through the walls and kept us up all night. Staff was unable to locate source of noise so we just didnt get to sleep. So as long as you're not unlucky and stuck underneath some passed out inconsiderate person, the place is fine.
