Not exceptional but a good value
The property is more outdated than portrayed by the photos, however, I did notice some nice renovations inside the room. These included a modernized bathroom and television. Unfortunately several of the outlets in my room were not functioning, including the TV’s. It was an unconventional check-in as I wasn’t able to enter the lobby until I utilized the phone at the entry way to speak to a staff member. The staff member was very polite, professional, and helpful. The parking lot was not lit up as I would have preferred. Overall, the property was drab but a good price value. And a nice, safe location just down the road from Jordan Creek Mall.

The woman at check in was very helpful and sweet. The only thing that was very different was having to pay 5 for parking. I do a lot of traveling and I have never had to pay a parking fee in the lot of the hotel you’re staying at. But overall I had a great experience

I had a reservation on this hotel on September throughout Hotels.com for 1 night. When I got there with my daughter ( we were traveling from Colorado to New Hampshire) the guy at the front desk said the computer was down and that he couldn’t let us stay. I said : listen already paid , just give a key, but he said NO, he couldn’t . So I had to find another hotel in the middle of night. When I asked for my refund with Hotels.com they denied. They said they do not remember the incident. They kept my money. Even the costumer service from hotels.com couldn’t believe it. nice job. You are a great manager. I have a suggestion: call an exterminator, when we were seating in your front desk sofa trying frantic to find another hotel for the night we saw cockroaches walking at the front lobby floor.

We liked the fair pricing, for the sixe of the room. Close to a multitude of different food choices. The only thing that is kinda a downer, no breakfast of any kind.
