We stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel an excellent choice. Our room was small but more than adequate with modern decor and a large well equipped bathroom with a hot and good pressure shower. The prices of the bar were really reasonable as was the in room mini bar. The balcony was large and the view of the lake was simply stunning. On first look you may think it will be a bit noisy as there is a bar/restaurant next door and a main road in front but the second you close the balcony doors you won’t hear anything. Breakfast was great too. Overall a fab stay and they seem to be making more upgrades and improvements. Would definitely stay here again and in Desenzano it was just perfect.

We stayed in the comfort room which can only sleep 2 people comfortably(maybe a baby as well) site states can sleep 3 but that’s not the case. Other than that the hotel is lovely with free breakfast which is the standard offerings, coffee was really good. The hotel if centrally located with lots of good eating options around and the lake across. Definitely book the lake view rooms we made great use of the balcony for morning coffees and people watching. The hotel also was able to accommodate our late check out for a reasonable fee. We found the paid parking close by easy at12 euros a day paid at the hotel. If your planning at trip to Gardaland(by car) the morning traffic around the town near Gardaland is crazy(1 hr+) it was quicker to go to Venice.

Great location, on the shore overlooking Lake Garda . We arrived via the train, train station was about 15 minute walk down the hill. Recently refurbished room which was excellent and so was the bed. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good location and shirt walk to shops/bars/restaurants. On the lake front with beach right outside hotel. Limited taxis in the area but good bus service to/from train station.

Fantastic Stay
Super hotel, fantastic location, 5-10 minute leisurely walk to centre of Desenzano with restaurants & cafes along the way. Hotel sits on the roadside overlooking the lake, so fabulous views while eating a super buffet breakfast. We had a lake view balcony room, which although small was spotless, modern & a very comfortable bed. There is a rooftop terrace with amazing views, yes there isn’t a pool, but the lake is literally across the road for those wanting to swim. Staff were all very friendly & there is bar service in the evenings & outdoor seating with sun canopy. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it says it’s 3* but it far surpasses this with its location! We would have no hesitation in staying here next time in Lake Garda.

Well located for walking to tourist spots. Nice welcome. Room small and basic. Patio doors do well blocking out the traffic noise (hotel is situated on busy seafront road) but we needed earplugs to drown out noise of bar next door and internal hotel noises. Hotel has a beautiful roof terrace. Breakfast is included in price and is reasonable. Would I stay here again - probably not
