I would not hesitate to stay here again. The best accommodations for Lake Garda.

Really lovely property to stay at if travelling to Lake Garda. Desenzano is a perfect base for travelling and was really calm and relaxed when we stayed (in June). Hotel was clean and rooms were very spacious and comfortable! The rooms also have room service. We had some problems with contacting the host (phone problems from our end) but the host was at the hotel every morning if we neeeded to ask anything!

Exceeded expectations
The room was stylish and spacious. Large bathroom and super comfortable bed. We loved the location and parking was a huge bonus. But the most precious was the welcome and hospitality of the host. Would definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable. Very good location Easy walk to town and the ferry. Good pizza place and grocery store nearby. It would have been nice to have ice since it was hot, but the AC worked well.

Lovely villa/hotel by the lake area
The Villa was very cute and room was quite big. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed the time there. Location is great, very close to everything. Room was clean and even towels were packed individually. Only bad thing was the bed, it was a bit too hard.

Lovely bedroom and balcony. Quirky cupboard bedside unit doors broken but don’t need to use. Needed better shower option. Spa bath good but not handy as took 15mins to fill sufficiently and door on toilet area would be better. Staff / owners however absolutely wonderful and helpful. As we had car great option as gated - so secure at nights

This is a very small property, but that is what makes it so special. Everyone was so helpful, and wonderful suggestions were given as to places to visit. Breakfast was delicious. We were leaving early on our final morning there, and breakfast was left for us in the room so we had something to eat for the ride. I highly recommend the property.

A real hidden gem.
This small hotel is an absolute gem. The owner Magdalena and her mother are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Magdalena was very helpful in finding out local train times and also advising on places of interest to visit. The continental breakfast had a great choice of cereals, cold meats and cheese, croissants, yoghurt beautiful home made cakes. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. It is situated just a five minute stroll from the center of Desenzano. I would certainly stay here again.

A wonderful extra long weekend
A wonderful hotel / b&b with friendly hosts a and a perfect location. It was.close the the town centre without being distributed by any of the noise, with easy access from the main road and secure parking. The room was nice and spacious, the bathroom was spacious too. The breakfasts were fresh with plenty of choice and the hosts incredibly warm, helpful and welcoming, giving tips on things to do. I would happily stay here again. It was a great location and easy to travel to from Bergamo airport, travel around the lake was easy from the ferry port just 10 minutes walk away.

Lovely small hotel in just the right location
This lovely small hotel/B&B was just a five minute walk from the lake and shops/restaurants and a ten minute walk down hill from the station. As soon as we arrived we were greeted very warmly by Maddalena and was shown to our lovely clean room with en suite. We were given all the local information including maps and ferry times to make our holiday enjoyable and stress free. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Charming hotel with welcoming owners
My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights. All three women we met at the hotel were lovely and welcoming. They were helpful in booking restaurant reservations and recommending what to do during our stay. The location was excellent, being only a 2 minute walk to Desenzano town, with quick and easy links to Sirmione. Would happily stay here again!
