MGH Luxury - Villa Celeste, is a newly built holiday home with private pool and garden, in the heart of Desenzano del Garda, just 600 metres from the beach. Villa Celeste is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the beautiful centre, with many restaurants, bars and great shopping opportunities.
The house was completed in 2023 and offers 2 parking spaces on the fenced property, a bright living area with TV and sofa corner, bathroom with WC, bidet and washbasin as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area inside and access to the rear garden of the house. Here you will find a covered terrace with a large dining table and gas barbecue as well as the house's private 7x3m pool.
The 4 double bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each room has air conditioning and Smart TV. The master bedroom has an integrated bathroom with shower, while the other rooms share the second bathroom on the same floor.
A second flat in the house can be booked on request for house staff or additional guests. This would provide a further 2 beds and another bathroom. The granny flat cannot be rented individually.
The house is very comfortably equipped with high-quality beds, state-of-the-art facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, Wifi and Smart TV in all rooms.
The house is also suitable for guests travelling by public transport. The bus stop in Via Gramsci is just a 5-minute walk away, from where you can reach the train station in a short time, with connections to Venice, Verona and Milan in just over an hour!
