JTGO - Posh Pod Tiny Home is my beloved home.
This is my beautiful, serene Mid Century Modern Desert Designer Tiny Home, custom remodelled, 1 bedroom and 1 bath luxe living experience in a 400 sq. ft. Tiny Home, nestled in the pristine all encompassing Caliente Springs Resort. Comfort and clean modern desert style sets the tone for your getaway, your relaxing, inspiring and resetting stay with naturally heated and healing mineral pools.
Clean, light and airy with a gorgeous view of the Golf course and pond by day and, wonderous views from the deck too with the mountains, all the green grass and blue skies! I've set up a romantic and zen like atmosphere. A great deck for lounging, eating and cooking on the big stainless BBQ.
There is peace and quiet here, ahhhh... Did I already say it is very serene so you can refresh and reset? Stylish, comfort desert design and decor! Golfing, sweet Mobile resort community. There's refreshing, resetting and activities here! Placed next to the Pond and 7th Tee, there are gorgeous views and on the Golf course, Desert Sky, the Southern Border of Joshua Tree National Park and San Jacinto. Friendly, quiet & serene community of vacationers & permanent residents.
You'll sit on the ample and comfortable couch, look out the large windows at the pond and green with ducks, birds, bunnies and wildlife and sit at the dining table for your meals. The quiet nest of a bedroom has sweet lighting so you can read and relax, you'll sleep soundly in my comfortable pillow top mattress with dreamy pillows. You can relax too in my large and deep soaking tub. How about entertainment... I've got fast Wifi, Alexa and a Smart Samsung TV, games, books, arty things and puzzles. Oh and I have some baseball gloves if you want to play catch...
I've also set up a desk for working (if you must). You'll be very comfortable with Mini-Splits for AC and Heat.
Activities! Local hiking and close by Joshua Tree National Park. Take a stroll or go out the back gate for a walkabout to the gorgeous and vast desert wilderness. There are times it's truly breathtaking, this desert, always another world of its own. And seasonally; Golf, working out at the Gym, Yoga, Sound Baths, Billiards, very large resort style Swimming pool, 4 jacuzzi's, Pickleball, Swim Aerobics, Water Volleyball, sauna in the dressing rooms, Shuffleboard, a card and puzzle/game room, jam sessions, and art workshops. And don't forget sunning by day and stargazing at night in the front and on the deck.
Kitchen
Remodelled, efficiently set up and a highly functioning kitchen! I provide some cooking oils, spices, a wide array of pots & pans, coffee and a variety of tea. I've got new stainless appliances; a Propane Gas Stove and oven, a microwave, toaster oven and a toaster along with Blender and more for all you need for cooking.
The deck has a dining set a couch and coffee table as well as a gas grill. Gorgeous views of the ponds filled with fish. You’ll enjoy many species of birds and will be surrounded by bunnies, quails and many other birds in the later afternoon.
I provide all linens, including pool towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and cleaning supplies, as well as a cordless vaccuum and Swiffer for those who like to keep a clean house.
Room for 2 cars in the driveway and there are a few other spots just down the street should you prefer.
Just down the block we have laundry pay machines (via credit card), nice clean spot to clean your clothes.
Pets

Stay: 1st pet - $75 / 2nd pet - $25.00
This fee covers extra cleaning required.
Pets must be up to date on vaccines & flea/tick free.
Sorry but Cats & other animals are not considered.
Although the house will be thoroughly cleaned please be advised in the case that someone in your party has severe allergies.

6 mins to the nearest mart, 10 mins. to Desert Hot Springs, 15 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 45 mins. to the Joshua Tree National Park.
Please note that you will be walking up a few stairs to enter and exit, you will step over the bathtub and into for the shower and the bed is on a platform (higher than a standard bed).
You will have the entire Posh Pod to yourself as well as access to all amenities the resort has to offer. If you are looking for a place to get loud and party, this spot may not be for you. The community appreciates peace and quiet. We've got room for 2 cars parking in our space so you'll be right in the driveway.
The clubhouse is just about 3 blocks away, a nice walk on the grass or along the nicely kept streets. The clubhouse activities are all free. Women's golf day is Tuesday and Men's golf day is Wednesday but that never stops anyone from getting in on the fun.

Caliente Springs is a very sweet 55 and over ages only park that attracts friendly, nice and most respectful people. We will get verification from you by getting a copy of all guests id's for all guests staying, we'll require this within 24 hours. We'll also get your rental agreement signed and delivered to us within 48 hours of booking.

Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Walking in the mornings or evenings is a lovely stroll or choose a power walk with wonderful views of San Jacinto and the vista views of the desert landscape. We boast a very large resort style pool, 4 Jacuzzi's, a Sauna in the Dressing/Shower Room, and a gym. If you like to socialize, of course we have Golf, Pickleball, Tennis and many other fun activities from Yoga to Water Volleyball, Billiards, card and game room, art workshops and more!
Parking just outside the door is Tandem and enough room for two. If it's preferred, there are a few parking spaces around the corner and in the park that you can also choose. You can walk to the clubhouse where the activities are, you can bike and even roller skate here. You'll see others out for a wonderful morning and evenings walk, say hello back because we're friendly here...
And if you like, there is hiking nearby, even just out the back of the park where you'll go for a walkabout where there is plenty of desert to roam. I'll have 2 bicycles for you to use within the park itself please.
Minimum age of 55 and photo ID is required to verify all staying guests, within 24 hours of booking.
Also please agree to my Rental Agreement within 24 hours of booking, this is for Liability, Insurance, Local Government and Resort Compliance. I really do appreciate your doing this!
Restaurants, groceries and stores are 10 minutes away in Desert Hot Springs or 20 minutes to fabulous Palm Springs.

In case you're wondering about the cost, besides the nightly rate I charge a Community Fee of $150 per stay.
