Our housekeeping crew strictly follows CDC guidelines for cleaning.

Renovated. Complete kitchen remodeled. Stainless steel appliances, new flooring throughout.

The property was perfect for our trip. It had all the essentials for an 11 day stay. Upon arrival, after the once in a lifetime January snowstorm, the condo was very clean and welcoming. We spent a lot of time on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf and walking on the beach. It was beautiful. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very responsive before, during and after our trip. She was friendly to chat with as well. The weather was cool, so we didn’t use the pools, but they were well maintained. We would definitely again stay at this condo and recommend this property.

Beachfront Gem
This condo is just lovely and in the perfect beachfront location with an outstanding view of the gorgeous ocean and sugary white sand. It was chilly during our stay but sitting on the balcony with a hot beverage listening to the shore sounds was so comforting and relaxing. Check-in process was a breeze and everyone was so nice. Covered parking is available just a short walk from the building and was not an issue at this time of the year (January). Condo is well-appointed and exceptionally clean. We wish the pillows were a little softer but that's such a personal preference so not an issue at all. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were dealing with a major winter storm disruption and the owners were so accommodating with changes to our stay and also with the guests that were occupying the condo prior to our reservation. It worked out well for all of us and thankfully we missed the snowfall the week after us. Very much appreciated. We did not use any of the on-site restaurant facilities so I can't comment on them. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic needs and has both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker if coffee is an important part of your day. This condo is 5 stars and I would also recommend a trip to the Air Force Museum near the airport which we found to be really interesting and a nice tribute to the history of those who serve.

Great location and condo
The condo is right on the beach, and has both a heated indoor/outdoor pool and a fitness center. The apartment is beautiful, decorated with a beach theme in blue and white and has ample cooking facilities and dishes. Recommend Vintij restaurant in Sandestin for lunch and the donut hole for breakfasts.

We thouroughly enjoyed this much needed vacation thanks to the condo owner, staff of the facility, etc. This was our first family vacation where we completed everything by ourselves. Condo owner was pleasant to communicate with and responded quickly. We even had questions about a hurricane that was forming and she kept us updated and we felt secure making the decision to go through with our plans.plans.Everything was easy to figure out and met expectations we hoped/planned for.

Everything was amazing. The view was perfect. Everything from food, grocery, shopping, site seeing, etc was within 10 mins of the resort. Less than 5 min walk to the beach and there was a tiki bar too! Condo was very clean. Host was great! Responded right away even gave her phone number if we needed anything more because we were there during Hurricane Helene. Only kept us inside for one day so we watched tv and played board games that were provided. Otherwise everything was amazing!! Def will do it again in the future. Don’t think twice about booking with this host and property just do it you won’t regret it!!

This property has it all! Great views of the beach from the balcony, beach service, nice pools, drinks at the tiki bar, and super close to a ton of amazing restaurants! The condo was absolutely perfect for us, and had everything we needed. We had a very relaxing stay. Will definitely try to stay here again next time!

Our stay was great! Laura, the owner, was the best at keeping in touch and made us feel very welcomed. My spouse and I loved being able to use the 3rd party beach chair service and the tiki bar onsite had the best drinks! The view was phenomenal and the location of the resort was very close to all things Destin. I do have to say this place is best for families with children. I say this because my spouse and I seemed to be one of the few without children and the noise from neighbors on all sides of the condo and on the beach got a little loud and rambunctious at times. Overall, I’d still recommend this spot and host if you’re looking for a great vacation!

The Perfect Place!!
This was our first time renting a condo as we normally stay in hotels and I’m happy to say we had the absolute best experience! Laura was so friendly and helpful which was very nice. She made sure everything went smoothly and was available if we needed her. She also checked in on us during our stay to make sure all was well. Cleanliness is so important to us and this condo was spotless. Also, the view….WOW!!! Literally breathtaking! I loved it, my husband loved it, and the kids loved it. They thought the bunk beds built into the wall were the coolest. This was the perfect place to relax. The condo was top notch! We will definitely be returning!

This unit is decorated so cute. We walked in and everything was perfectly clean. We came for a baseball tournament and everything was very close by. Laura is amazing and so prompt to get back with you with any questions! I highly recommend this unit if you are considering Pelican Beach Resort.
