Clean, beautiful, quick walk to the beach
Amazing house for the price. Super clean, close to the beach. Quick walk to the beach. Beach umbrella/chair service was perfect and we didn’t need to bring anything. Easy parking and even free beach parking included. Beautiful property with a restaurant and marina there. Security staff super friendly. Would be nice to have better tv choices in bedrooms and some silverware, hair dryer were rusted. Overall amazing vacation. Thanks!

Let me start by saying I did not choose this place. I prefer an ocean view. With that being said, I did love the location and beach access. The response from the owners was very quick and they were so nice. The place was clean and cute. I would stay again.

Great family condo with all the amenities
We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. They thought of everything. Very comfortable, clean, and a close walk to the beach. Also, a short, easy drive with lots of easy parking if you’re carrying a cooler and extras to the beach. The included umbrella and chairs were nice, and rinse off station at the beach worked perfectly. They also had community beach boards, pails for sand castles, and a water football. We played pickleball and enjoyed the pool located around the corner from us. A great family vacation with lots of memories for us all.

We had a great time in this rental. Overall, the important parts were very clean. Upon arrival, we reported some prior damage issues with the floor area baseboards (dirt, wear, & tear). The company was happy that we reported, so they could fix it in the future. We've stayed in multiple units at Sandpiper Cove, and this one was the most spacious so far. It is close to the pool and beach, and it is a good unit for family. The beds were comfortable, and we had a good time.

Last vaca of summer
The condo was a great place to stay. Easy beach access, great security management, great property management. The condo was super clean. When had an issue one night where the drain line to the AC got clogged and it was cooling. I called the manager with the ”emergency” and that’s y had someone out to fix it ASAP! And it was 9pm when it happened. It was also the perfect size for our family if 4!!!

Very Good, Nice & Family friendly especially with my kids. Its was fun relaxing at the beach, pool, did a little golf, hangout in the canal, and just relaxed mostly all day at the beach. It was a fun relaxing vacation.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a much needed vacation with our daughter getting married. The only thing we didnt have was anyway to wash the off sand from our daily trips to the beach. But we made do.

Peaceful, easy stay
Our first time at Sandpiper Cove. The unit isn't far from the beach, but the distance that there is was not a problem. We were able to drive to the resort's beachside pavilion and park with ease so we didn't have to carry our beach gear very far at all. The unit itself was clean, comfortable, well-stocked and nicely decorated. It is not a "fancy", more high end unit. It's simple and easy. Beds were comfortable. (That's a big plus for us.) It was a very quiet and peaceful place. Even our fur baby had a great vacation! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Tired property, not like pics
Not a secure place; deadbolt removed from front door and lock nonfunctioning on sliding glass door. Some other added lock to it had been removed. Laminated card advising no hot water to washing machine due to leak. Clearly this card was not a recent posting. Fix the leak if there's really a leak! No garbage disposer so sink stinks. Not only dust bunnies on everything, including the walls; they were more like dust buffalos. You ask us to give back the unit in clean condition, but you failed to give it to us in said condition, Useless drawers in master bath because they're blocked by the door frame. Door to second bath scrapes across the tiles, hard to open/close. Tired hodge-podge of patio furniture; not as shown in pics. Rules ask for sand to be rinsed off shoes, etc. but there's no water spigot to be found at this building. A lot of work needed in this unit. Won't recommend to friends or family.

3100 Sandpiper cove
This unit was such a great find! Was so nicely decorated and the layout with the vanity extra sink in master bedroom was awesome! All the appliances are new and work great. Had plenty of dishes and towels. The location in complex was good drove most of the times we went to beach or big pool with hot tubs. But very happy with our whole experience. Brought our little puppy dog with us and was such a pet friendly environment. Beach was no dogs which was a little sad but understandable. But the private beach for sandpiper cove is beautiful!!! The umbrella and chair service was great! We also utilized the xplore free passes we got each day. Such great amenities! Sandpiper cove and unit 3100 is a perfect spot for a family of four and your fur friend! We will be coming back again next year!
