One of only 2 - 2BR condos at Capri by the Gulf, this recently updated condo has all the comforts of home, with the beach in your back yard! Capri 123 sleeps 4. King size bed in master and twin bunk set in 2nd bedroom. Friday to Friday rental. Seasonal Beach service (March 15 - October 31) is included with your rental. 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach! Complimentary wifi included for streaming your favorite TV apps! Cable not provided.

Great beach access

Perfect for a small family and super convenient to the beach
Property is a little older but it’s very clean and super convenient to the beach. Daily chair and umbrella service at the private beach was really nice. The only con I would list is this unit is right by the street so you can hear a lot of street noise which can be remedied by ear plugs.

The king sheets in this unit were worn out! It also needed air fresheners. The couch needed cleaning. The back door code did not work. I did not contact property manager.

Perfect location close to everything. Ground level so there weren't any stairs to worry about. We could walk right out the door to the ocean.

Location and unit was superb! Our other reservation in a different location was cancelled last minute, so we were scrambling and this was a very pleasant surprise! Located on gulf side with a VERY short walk to the beach and the views were spectacular. The unit was exactly as described and the beach staff were so nice. We will definitely be returning to this location. Couldn't have asked for a better 35th wedding anniversary!!!

Wonderful extended weekend stay!
This place is perfect! It was well stocked with the essentials. They even had beach towels! The best part is the private beach. We have been coming to Destin for years and this is one of my favorite places to stay! We will definitely stay again!

By the ocean but small
The pictures make you think the unit is bigger than what it actually is. It stated 2 bedrooms, which it technically is - if you are wanting to use the 2nd bedroom for kids it would be great, but another couple does not work real great. You have to go through the bathroom to get to the one bathroom but the shower is new. It might be 650 square feet.

Super close to the beach!
Couldnt drive through the gate when we arrived so parked on the outside. The bed squeaked and moved with every turn. The AC went out. But being so extremely close to the beach with a toddler outweighed all these inconveniences.
