A Perfect Beach Get Away!

We recently spent a week at this stunning beach condo, and it was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with breathtaking gulf views. The check in process was seamless and the condo itself was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities we would need for our stay.The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals and snacks. The bedrooms were cozy and the main bedroom offered a great view of the gulf. We particularly loved the balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while watching the dolphins swim up and down the beach.The location was unbeatable – just steps away from the beach. Whether we wanted to take a leisurely stroll, swim in the crystal-clear waters, or simply lounge under the sun, everything was right at our fingertips. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local area.Communications were extremely timely, and questions were answered almost immediately.Overall, our stay at this beach condo was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend and can't wait to book another stay ourselves.

Destin Condo

This is a very nice building and condo on the Panhandle Gulf. The space was comfortable, clean and easily usable. The view from the porch was outstanding. The only downside was that the weather was on the cold side limiting the use of the beach and even the private pool area.

Amazing views of the sunrise and sunsets right from the deck. Great views of the dolphins. All the needed household amenities. Beds were great, living room furniture was”ok”. Only downfall was the non-heated pool. Otherwise great views, location on the beach.

Beautiful white sand beach & view!

We enjoyed a perfect stay at this comfortable & secure condo. It’s located near several attractions and restaurants on a beautiful white sand beach. We appreciated the excellent communication and flexibility from the rental company. Due to a weather situation we added three nights and the rental company made that a very easy process.

Beautiful view of the Gulf

Beautiful condo and great location. Balcony has direct view of the Gulf so you wake up and go to bed with the sounds of the waves crashing into shore. Walk to the Sandy white beach or the pool and hot tub. Short drive to lovely little string of beach towns with boutique shops, farmers markets and outdoor vendor craft tents along scenic 30A. Dining at Stinky Fish Camp in Santa Rosa is highly recommended!

Fantastic experience!!

Had a great time and the condo was roomy and newly decorated. The middle condo, the way it was built out further than all the others, gives you a beautiful 180° view of the ocean and beach and it has a supersize balcony. Well worth it!

Overall we had a great stay, perfect location, perfect view. Couple of things I would change is the master bedroom window shade. Leaving room carpet. We had issue with guest bathroom basin tap and not got fixed during our stay. Overall it was great.

Relaxing space

We had a wonderful visit to end our summer. My 81 year old mother hadn't been able to tavel in 3 years. When she said she wanted to go to the beach, i was able to find this gem. It has wonderful ocean views!! The building feels safe and secure and had all the amenities you could want. With a short walk to the beach that's just past the pool you're there in seconds. The condo is clean and the host is quick to respond if you have any needs. It's a wonderful condo! Highly recommend

Good place two small complaints

Everything was fine except 2 minor problems. 1. Limited cleaning materials. There were significant limitations on kitchen and laundry materials. I suggest rather than limiting the dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags charge an extra $10 per day and provider adequate materials. 2. According to the rental company there was no place to park bikes. Bike rental is common in Destin and we needed them as there were no rental cars. We got them and there were plenty of spots to keep them. The very nice and helpful maintenance guys agreed it was fine to keep them where we did.

Great Location and Views, Average Condo

This place rewards guests with raffle prizes for full-star reviews so keep that in mind when reading the reviews. The location and views are what you're paying for with this rental property--it's great! Enjoying the sights and sounds of the beach from the condo are fantastic. That said, given the price, I expected a bit more from the condo itself. However, some minor changes would make a big difference. The master bed window shade was broken for our stay (needed to be tied up), but it wasn't worth getting fixed during our stay--I'd change it to a black-out shade for naps and sleeping-in. The lighting in the condo was a mix of ultra-white and warm--I'd make it all warm to create a more cozy feel. The king mattress wasn't great and the frame was very wobbly (the wall was all marked up from it rubbing the paint off). The kitchen has plenty of dishes for cooking, but no consumables are included--including at least salt and pepper and some coffee would be helpful. I was also surprised they only provided enough dishwasher soap to run it twice for a week long stay--providing a bit more soap would make it easy for guests to keep dishes clean without having to buy more soap.
