This immaculately clean 2BR/2BA condo has Gulf Views from the top floor balcony! The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two twins and there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the decor is both beautiful and comfortable. There is free wifi in the condo, and this building is gated, with a secure parking lot, so no concerns about safety in this great community! This 7th floor unit has a balcony perfect for enjoying evenings outside, and you are high enough up to enjoy views of the city, water, sand, everything!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. With an elevator located in the lobby for your convenience, this destination is sure to please!

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. Amenities featured are the seasonally heated pool, 2 lighted tennis courts, BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms and saunas. There is free wifi in the lobby and pool areas. There are also coin operated Laundry facilities. Once you stay in Holiday Isle, you'll want to come back year after year!

The pool is pristine - the Holiday Surf and Racquet maintenance staff are State of Florida Certified Pool Operators and have received training to ensure the cleanest pool in this area year after year.

In order to make your stay more affordable, NO beach service is provided. Beach service can be purchased from the front desk for around $30/day.

Temporary structures, including, but not limited to, towed house trailers, houseboats, tents, or temporary structures of any kind are prohibited on Holiday Isle, except to the extent set forth herein. Umbrellas are permitted on the beaches in a manner consistent with these Covenants provided that their use is in compliance with state and local laws and regulations. Set up of umbrellas can occur only after beach cleaning has been completed. Umbrellas shall not exceed 8 feet in diameter.

Area Attractions: 

If you haven't been to Holiday Isle, you're in for a treat. It's a serene, little oasis in the middle of Destin, with 2 and a half miles of paved trails for walking and biking, surrounded by quiet neighborhoods perfect for exploring on a bike. It's just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, boat docks, fishing, golf, and amusements.

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going out deep sea fishing and returning from gulf to harbor.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Excellent place in a beautiful spot
We had a fabulous time! The unit is lovely and clean and beyond what I expected. One thing I would suggest promoting. The unit is incredibly well stocked for fun! So many games, a hair dryer, blender and coffee options. I will certainly recommend and we would certainly come back. Very much worth the money. Thank you to the wonderful owners

It’s just ok
The floors turned our socks black. If the mop in the closet was even used, it is a filthy mop. Disgusting. There is also mold in both bath tubs. We did not tell the staff tho bc we were already there. We didn’t want to have to wait for anyone to clean it bc we are in vacation. This unit does not participate in the amenity program so no beach chairs and umbrella unless you want to pay more money. do not h

The floors were absolutely disgusting. Feet were black from the moment we arrived and took socks and shoes off. The ice maker didn’t work for the first 2 days we were there. The internet was messed up. There were only minor inconveniences that made the stay less than 5/5…everything else was great.

Everything was smooth and easy from the check in process to the day we checked out. This unit is so cute and perfectly suited our needs for the week. Great views from the balcony and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. I would definitely stay here again when returning to Destin!

Great Place with just a few cons
Overall wonderful experience. Bedding only included mattress cover no fitted sheet one sheet and a comforter. Did not like sleeping on mattress cover so only had one cover with no extras in the room. Trash dumpsters were inconvienent. Beach was easily accessible and clean. Pool was a good size and very clean as well. AC unit extremely loud and all bathroom fans turned on with light so very loud all the time in the bathroom.

Poorly kept property
Floors were dirty upon arrival. Used towel in closet. Provided bedding had the feel of prison sheets and blankets. Beds were poorly made with said ill-fitted sheets. We have stayed with HSRC for over 30 years, and VRBO was the worst service by far. Also, you do not get complimentary chair/umbrella (beach service), which is not made clear. We had to pay an extra $250 for that to be able to sit with family. The best part was the beach. And the kitchen has a good knife selection.

Love it!!
We had a great time! Loved the place. Close to the beach. Pool was awesome! Only problem was the laundry facilities. 4/6 washing machines were broken and our did not drain all the water. Many of the dryers were out of order too. And there was no laundry soap in the dispenser. Everything else was great. Front office staff was very nice. Will definitely come again!!

Great trip and clean condo.
The Unit was very clean and just as pictured. We loved sitting on the balcony at night and listening to the waves. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer because we had to take wet clothes home. Also, with beach service everyday you have to put your own tag on a chair. I wish they just assigned you for the week, so you didn’t have to get up early to get your tag on a good seat. Overall, a great experience and we plan to return!

Awesome place!
Everything was wonderful! Nice clean place! People were very friendly. Only thing is you have to pay $50 a day to have two chairs and umbrella on the beach. Not all units have to but this one you have to pay. Dishwasher was also full when we got there. Other then that everything is great!

Perfect getaway
My mom and I went for a mother/daughter trip. The condo was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable with an amazing view. It’s a short walk to the beach. And the beach is glorious. The unit did have two beach chairs but I believe they were left behind by other guests. I don’t think they come with unit. We didn’t see them until day 2 so we had already paid the condo to rent chairs and an umbrella for one day. I would absolutely come back here. Three days on the beach was amazing. And this section of beach is private to condo goers so not too busy.
