Fully renovated ocean front unit directly facing the Gulf of Mexico with spectacular panoramic views of the Emerald Coast. Large master suite with private bathroom, and Gulf view. 2nd bedroom with comfortable beds, and guest bath. Full kitchen.

Enjoy complimentary Cable, High Speed WiFi, beach chairs and umbrella included in the unit.

Breath taking gulf views from living room as well as master bedroom. Miles of white-sand beaches is right in front of you, just step out to the beach from the resort, no street to cross.

We provide our cell-phone, as well as our cleaners to our confirmed guests. We are also enrolled in the on-site maintenance program of our resort, so our guests will not experience any problems.

Pelican Beach is right on the beach with no streets to cross. Just walk out to the beach from the resort. It's conveniently located close to beautiful Destin attractions like Henderson Beach State Park, Big Kahuna Water Park, and many restaurants, shops and grocery stores are within walking distance.

We just got back from our stay. The beach view was amazing! We did see dolphins at sunrise from the beach. It was truly enjoyable. The beach access was so convenient to go back and forth between the rooms. We were there during construction which was loud and messy at times. We were told ahead of time about the construction by the owner, so this was not a surprise. Condo was roomy enough for our family of 5. The only recommendation I would have is the need for bigger coffee cups. The cups are cute but not enough to get a mom through the day of a family vacation. We went to the local souvenir shop to pick up bigger cups. It worked out just fine. We would stay here again if in the Destin area.

This condo was one of the best that we have ever stayed in,and this was our 15th year. The check in process and instructions given were very easy,with no problems. upon entering the condo,we were delighted to see the beautiful Emerald Coast,and the bright,clean condo. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The only thing that I was disappointed in, was that tents nor canopies were allowed on the beach. i bought two very large umbrellas,and that was ok.We will definitely stay here again.

Very Comfortable for 3 adults & 2 young kids
Party of 5 included mom & dad, kids 6 & 10, and Grandma. Appreciated the layout and space of unit. Sofa bed had comfortable mattress. Great view of water and fireworks (stayed over July 4th). Several dishwasher packets were provided and we picked up laundry detergent pods from Target nearby to do extra laundry. Cafe food on site quite good. Building was quiet in the evenings. Best was property owner’s communication during our stay. Thanks for helping make it a great trip!

Fantastic beach stay
The condo is beautiful and just as shown in the pictures. The view of the ocean from the balcony is amazing especially with it being on the 16th floor. It had plenty of room and amenities for our family of four. The resort is great and you walk right out onto the beach. Definitely a place we would like to stay at again.

Short Stay in Destin
This property was in a great location and had a wonderful view of the ocean. I hate to say that we were not there long enough to take advantage of all that the property had to offer. It was very nice and clean. One of the beds broke the night we got there. I texted the owner and it seemed as though I had barely gotten the text sent when there was a knock on the door and maintenance was there to fix it! That is service!!!! I would stay here again if in the Destin area.

Perfect vacation
Pelican Beach 1614 is a very clean condo with almost everything you need for your stay. The host is highly responsive and helpful. Views of the gulf are awesome and the beach is so close you can get from the condo on the 16th floor to the water in five minutes or less. The pools were heated (our trip was in February) and an indoor pool is there as well. We had such a nice time and look forward to returning to this condo.

We had a great time. The condo was clean had plenty of room for our 3 kids and my wife and me. The view of the gulf was excellent from the balcony. 3 nice pools, located close to everything, good parking, a host that answers texts, good beach access... We loved it!

Great Family Space!
Pelican Beach never disappoints! We've stayed at this property many times in the past. This unit is clean and well kept with a great view! The beach chairs were great to have!! :) Check-in/check-out was a breeze! As for the property - the pools, beach access, on location food, and access to all things Destin are tough to beat!

Needs updates
No ceiling fan in kids room even tho a fan was provided it was quite stuffy. Just a hot room with temps high outside but that Florida in June.Batteries missing out of remotes so has to switch them around to change channel for different TVs. Thermostat very hard to work as was digital. Bathrooms need updating, has to be the original from when building was built
