Destin has quickly become the place to be in the beautiful Emerald Coast! The beautiful beaches, bustling boardwalk, and amazing sea food restaurants will make your vacation unforgettable. Our home is located in The Villages of Crystal Beach, just a 10-minute walk to the beach who offers a free shuttle to the beach during peak season. There is space for two or three cars in the driveway and additional community parking that is first-come-first-serve (no street parking). Additional paid parking nearby.

Find your peace at our beautiful home inside of Villages of Crystal Beach! With 6 bedrooms across 3 floors, you’ll have plenty of space for your entire group. We’ve designed the home to give you a sense of tranquility and relaxation. Breathe in the fresh air on the spacious balcony, and soak up the sun in the Destin-famous lagoon-style pool with waterfalls, a tiki area, and a hot tub.

You’ll be barefoot in the world-famous white-sand beaches in just a few minutes where you can either walk or take advantage of the free shuttle in the high-season months. Feel free to enjoy the beach wagon, chairs, and beach toys that are provided. After a long day, our fully stocked kitchen will have everything you need to prepare a hearty meal. Our BBQ grill will be ready for you to grill up your catch of the day. With TVs in every room, an Xbox, board games and more, there will never be a dull moment.

Uber and Lyft are available as well as rental car options. The community does not allow golf carts.

Please note only 3 cars are allowed to be parked at the property. RVs, Boats, or Jet Skis are NOT allowed.

Great location, Nice indoor and outdoor space
The property has a good floor plan, great location (lots of stores/restaurants nearby), very responsive management company, and the unit was clean. Also, we enjoyed having the extra soaps, bags, TP etc. Thank you! The downside of the property is that there are a number of things that are broken. For example, one of the burners on the stove doesn't work, the handle to the microwave is loose (the already taped handle is starting to come undone), the shower dial handles in 2nd fl master bath and 3rd fl bath are loose. The furniture looks nice, but some of it is wobbly (nightstands, chair, lamps). The med/large size skillet is worthless and just burns your food as the protective coating has worn off. The master bedroom smart TV doesn't let you sign into anything so it turns on, but you can't watch anything. There were a few things that were super dirty - the carpet to go upstairs and the front door. All items have been reported. The management company indicated they would follow-up. It is a nice unit. It just needs a bit of extra care.

Honestly it was one of the best trips we’ve had. Everything we needed was at the house. There was even a wagon and a few beach items there. The pool was equivalent to a resort pool. It was wonderful. The beach was a short walk but they also have a shuttle you can use. The best part was the communication. I got a text about checking in and then we could communicate as needed throughout the week. Even when I had a question late in the evening. The fridge does take awhile to cool back down if you load it up with stuff. I panicked at first but it was fine. It was just amazing!!

Weekend Getaway
Check in/out process was easy. The space was great. The cleanliness could have been better. There were a lot of spots,stains and the rug was ripped up upon arrival. Previous renters had left their things in the kitchen. Parking was crowded. The property only allows 3 vehicles or else you’re towed despite us fitting 4 vehicles in our space. The location was great. The house supplies were sufficient. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back as long as pricing stays decent.

Property was clean. They supply a very nice queen size air mattress that is not mentioned in the description. Came in handy to use as an option other than the sleeper sofa. It is quite a walk to the beach but since we were there during a tropical storm we couldn’t spend much time there anyway. Only issue was parking extra cars. Overall good place for our large family.

Great Option for Families and Larger Groups
The house is adorable, well decorated and in a great location. We had 3 families totaling 6 adults and 5 kids (all 5 or under) and we had more than enough space. The pool is just steps out the front door and has a great shallow area for younger kids. As described, the house is about half a mile from the beach. We rented a truck (which I highly recommend). We were all able to pile into the truck bed for the quick drive. There is free and $5 parking along the beach. We had no trouble getting a spot, but it was mid-week in May. The house has a pac n play, a booster/portable high chair, plastic plates and utensils and is overall pretty kid friendly. If you're like us and interested in knowing, several rooms have a closet big enough to open up and fit a pac n play. The only negative thing I will mention is really just an FYI for future guests. The house did not have enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent for our group. Some of this we planned for and some of it we did not. We had to make a couple of trips to get extra supplies. There is a Walmart and a Publix close by so schedule a pickup grocery order and be sure to grab those items. Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again!

The House was great! Close to the beach and right across the street from the pool. All 3 families that traveled were comfortable and the location was ideal. The only issue we had was a plumbing issue and it was resolved. The prompt communication with the owner was beneficial. We'd definitely consider staying again!

Thanksgiving Getaway
We enjoyed our trip over Thanksgiving! It had all we needed to make the trip pleasant! The pool was literally 10 steps away. We had plenty of stores nearby to shop for essentials, and the beach was a quick drive, which we drove because of all the stuff to haul. There was plenty of room for all guests and the bedrooms were all great sized, especially the master, which was huge!

We had a great time! Plenty of room for our group. They had everything we would need for our daily beach ventures. The property manager stayed in constant contact with us to make sure we were happy with our stay. Highly recommend this house! Can’t wait to go back!

This property was awesome, clean, great location, right across from pool. Walk to the beach is about 10-15 minutes, but close enough but they have a trolley to take you if you don’t want to walk. Can’t say enough good things about the house we will definitely recommend to others if they are coming to stay in area. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

We booked this home when there was no reviews- I was a tad worried but the second we walked into the home, that all went away! We are so glad we were able to stay in this home while reuniting with family. This home has been recently remodeled and shows as brand new. A few items that were included in the home (that weren't advertised) were beach items- chairs, towels, umbrella, cornhole, soccer ball, boogie boards, skin boards, mats for sand, etc. Additionally, there was an XBOX and lots of games for inside play. I felt this was a huge bonus- if we had known when searching we would have booked before looking elsewhere. The home was very clean, fully stocked with everything you needed. I've never stayed in a VRBO with a kitchen as stocked as this one. Made our stay with 8 people much more enjoyable. Full pantry for storing all your food/ snacks. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, bathroom toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels- it was all included! The development was definitely one full of other renters- people coming and going every day. Only one night of people being loud a few homes over and it was short lived. The home is directly across the street from the large lagoon pool. There are entrances on all four sides. Unfortunately our side was closed (supposedly due to COVID) so we had to walk around to other gate but wasn't a far walk at all. Plenty of chairs and shade at the pool- no fighting or reserving needed. There was even an attendant walking around the entire time in case you had issues or needed anything. Pool was warm, too. The home was a short walk (two blocks) outside the development... distance was 0.6 miles to sand. Parking was impossible at the beach if you arrived after 10am (and I'm not sure any better before that)- only a few spots along the roadway and no side street parking. We opted to drop off everything at the beach with a person and take car back home and walk back (so we didn't have to lug everything the entire walk). I suggested to the owners to purchase a beach buggy/ wagon and it would have made the short walk extremely pleasant. Additional suggestions to the owners (sent via email upon return home): chairs for patio/ porches as there were none and we like to sit outside at night. Nightlights for hallways. Brush for grill to keep clean. Garden hose to rinse beach items off before returning inside. Overall, VERY happy with this house. Had everything we needed and would absolutely return!
