How is it you support booking this property? I used to trust that a travel site had some perspective on the businesses they support. That’s clearly not the case. I’ve never felt so unsafe. Thanks Expedia. I will never use you again. You should be ashamed. I left by the way. When the elevator door opened on our floor it was cloudy and reeked of pot. I turned right around. Never saw the room. Non-smoking hotel? I had to pay $100 incidental fee. They said they couldn’t reimburse me until Monday. What? Ridiculous. I never entered the room.

This hotel isn’t in a safe neighborhood it’s not in Ferndale this hotel is literally on the ghetto dangerous side of the west in Detroit don’t go my room wasn’t ready I was scared to even walk inside. The only reason I booked was because I thought I was getting a deal not worth it stay away.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever seen. There was blood on the sheets, food rubbed into the headboard, yellow and brown stains on the sheets, a bar of used soap with water on the tub from the last guest. The front desk was on a call from the moment we got there to the moment we left. Kept going back a forth from his call to talking to us. The ac in the room didn’t work and was extremely loud.

When I pulled in the light were flickering on and off. I drove thur the parking lot and there were so scary looking people hang out. When I looked at the room windows 1 had the screen 1/2 way pushed out and a few down had the screen cut 1/2 thru. Another room I could see in and one of the lights on the night stand was tipped over. I left and will never return.

Not the Raddison, but not the Rat-Ass Inn.
You get what you pay for, it's a little hood but not too hood if you know what I'm sayin'. Sometimes it smells like cigs and weed, sometimes it smells like some dank ass Indian food. The people at the desk are very nice and I've never seen any bugs. My go-to hotel in the greater Detroit area.

This was the worst experience I ever had. They had burn holes in their sheets and blankets. They had stains on the sheets. And when I asked for more sheets they just gave me more stained sheets. The vending machine has expired candy. The staff is negligent and lack any courtesy or understandable communication. They did not provide another room or refund.

There was no hot water, a leak in the middle of the hall way with rags attempting to soak it up but it was just a big pile of slimy mess that you literally have to walk through. All night long doors are slammimg, alarm was going off from people using the emergency exits, and it sounded like a lot of domestic violence happening. The walls were filty and had black and red markings as well as dirt all over.

If I could give it 0 stars I absolutely would! Expedia should not even do business with this place. Place is very dirty, halls are filthy and smoke filled. After complaining about the original room I was shown three different rooms and all of them were visibly dirty, dusty, unswept and un-mopped, there were stains on the bedding and the bathrooms were filthy. This is no place for anyone especially not children! Also they are scammers. I canceled my room and was told the manager had to authorize my refund. Well when I spoke to the manager Ghana, she told me, "I don't answer Expedia, or return their calls." So Expedia couldn't even get my refund because Ghana intentionally refused to answer or return Expedia's calls to authorize a refund for a room I never even stayed in and furthermore the hotel has stolen my deposit. Again, I never stayed at the hotel room my key was immediately returned to the guy who was at the front desk. They are claiming the room I never stayed in and the key was returned for was used and holding my deposit saying they have to do an investigation. What an absolute disgrace? The manager Ghana told me, "Well you didn't stay in the room somebody did and we have to investigate". I asked her has she watched the cameras, she would see me immediately coming down and returning the key to her employee. This has been an absolute nightmare and I'm trying to save someone else. Please do not book here you will be cheated out your funds and unsatisfied.
