I booked this property for a softball tournament that my granddaughter was in & she ended up with Covid, so we didn’t attend. I tried to cancel my reservation & was told I could not cancel. I will NEVER use this sight again!! I still had to pay for the reservation.

It was dirty rooms were dirty smells has to change rooms and the other rooms were dirty and smelling as well unsafe drug dealing by the hotel which is really more like a motel. The description online makes it look like new and clean it’s very far from new and clean it’s only 1 start because I couldn’t give it 0 star. I would not recommend for any one to stay at this place.

Exterior doors don’t lock so anyone can walk in the building. Room was dirty. Hair all over the bathroom, stained sheets, upholstered furniture was absolutely filthy. It’s been YEARS this room was properly cleaned. Carpets were wet probably bathroom leak…. not that we took our shoes off. Car alarm going off middle of the night and constant slamming of doors made for a lousy night sleep. Couldn’t find availability anywhere near so decided begrudgingly to stay.

The location is conveniently located within walking distance to a gas station, convenience market, coffee, and breakfast place. However, the building is in disrepair. Every furniture, appliance, and structure visible in the room and surroundings is in horrible condition. Peeling paint, rusty faucets, poor draining sinks and tubs… thin walls so you can hear the people next to you, above, and around you. Not a value if you can’t get any rest at all.

Waited at counter for about 7 mins because the counter person was to busy making her lunch. First room wasn’t completely clean, pillow cases not on pillows, surfaces not wiped down. Was moved to a different room where the door didn’t open or close properly. Room floor was dirty, and smelled like dog pee.

For a strict non smoking hotel, it reeked of smoke. Toilet stopped working in the middle of the night. Room was clean though and breakfast was great. I can see they are updating things.

This property was disgusting from the lobby to the room. Staff was disrespectful/rude. All of the employees and their families live there at the hotel and are given leniency on hotel RULES AND REGULATIONS

The property does not look like the pictures on the website. It was dirty in the lobby and extremely dirty in the room. There was a lot of traffic that looked unsafe. All staff that I seen looked like they were on drugs and so did some of the customers. I did not stay there and am requesting a refund.

Felt uncomfortable here.
The beds were amazing. The rest, not so much the walkways were filthy, the employees were rude. There were some sketchy people walking through and getting ice from the machine. Filling huge coolers. There was a man standing by the pool area asking for money. Then he stood there just watching us, until I felt uncomfortable and went inside. Also, it isn't listed on the site, but when you book there is a fee. Undetermined how much I heard one say $50 and I heard the other say $100. Mine was $50 The pool was decent. But couldn't enjoy it,due to the pan handler.

Sleep in your car instead.... seriously!
I stay in moderately priced hotels around the world. No frills needed, just a decently clean room. This "hotel" is the worst i have checked in to (checked in, but then left immediately without staying) in at least twenty years. Dirty sheets, bugs flying all over, lightbulbs out, water damage all over walls and ceilings, cat food all over floor, some mystery substance on the floor in the corner. This hotel is uninhabitable.
