Very clean . Room was comfy . Pool ,sauna and hot tub were very nice. Plenty of towels in room. The breakfast was very good. Close to the Henry ford museum. Definitely would stay again. Very safe area!

Hockey Town Stay
The hotel was dated (it was pink) but the reason on was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were professional but not overly friendly. The pool was mostly clean, we saw a few things floating but overall not bad at all. The pool was large and the hot tub and sauna were very nice. The area around the hotel was nothing pretty to look at, out our window was the train tracks. There were a few good restaurants around.

We have stayed here multiple times and were always satisfied. This time was not so much. The air-conditioning was not working in spite of the temp being 75 degrees. The breakfast was not up to par. Then when we went to shower before our departure the water was cold, and we were informed the boilers weren't working. It would have been nice to be notified of something like that. We were very disappointed.

Staff are very friendly and that drivers/ technician from the shuttle bus were very helpful. We also loved the buffet breakfast that was served. All in all guest service are top notch.

There is an old timey feeling about the hotel with it's dark wood and moldings on the doors. Motown music plays in the halls and there are lots of framed photographs of cars. Very Detroit. A little tedious after a few days. But the hall carpet is clean, the dining room large, yet cozy and the staff is very helpful. Children had taken over the pool but there is also a jacuzzi and a sauna. There is a nice menu for breakfast, reasonbly priced. Free buffet is what you would expect. I would definitely stay here again.
