Shout out to the receptionist Hope. She was fantastic. Here fir 3 night stay and had trouble with the TV service. Hope took care of the issue right away She was polite and a pleasure to deal with. She deserves more than 5 stars. Will definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I spent the weekend here and it was wonderful! Very clean and quiet! It was convenient to shopping but now in the middle of all the traffic. The kitchen was great for making hot chocolate and popcorn and watching movies. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Friendly staff, great hotel.

We always enjoy our stay here! Mark is awesome and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable. It’s quiet, very clean and comfortable, and fairly close to the downtown Lake Orion area as well as Great Lakes Crossing mall area. 10/10 would recommend!

I was not impressed that the evening manager didn't bother to look up when I stood at the desk and greet me the way every hotel I've ever been to greets customers. He just said, "Name!" To which I responded, "Good evening, how are you?.." It is a small thing, but basic courtesy should be rule number one in the hospitality industry.
